Demi Lovato was a waste of time and money
The only great thing about this concert was the magician. The kids watched him all night and could have been out of tune and horrible. Boomjam Fest was a very boring and depressing monologue about her problems. In the middle of the concert, all of a sudden some television feed pops up and talks about her psychiatric breakdown that she had. The "neon lights" were white strobe lights, not impressive at all. I am all one for a PSA but it should have taken place at the beginning of the concert, not in the middle. Her vocals were hard to hear and terrible because the music was overpowering, as if she needed to scream the words to be heard. The tempo of the rest of the concert after that was much more subdued and it was upsetting to my children.
